PoTomo Return Policy
Return Window
You may return your PoTomo product within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Condition
To be eligible for a return, the PoTomo product must be unused and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged or not in their original condition may not be accepted for a refund.
Return Process
- Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@potomo.net to obtain return authorization.
- Shipping Instructions: Once you have received return authorization, follow the provided instructions to ship the item back to us. Ensure the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Refund
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
- If the return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
